Thank you for choosing to support the 2026 Families Helping Families program in the Midlands! We are thankful that you are joining this effort to help children, families, and vulnerable adults in the Midlands.

Please complete this form to adopt a family, senior citizen, or adult with a disability. NOTE: Assignments will begin October 5th!

FAMILY ADOPTION INFORMATION

How to submit your adoption request:

1. Choose the size and quantity of families or individuals you wish to adopt. You can request multiple families or individuals with this form.

2. Review your choices for accuracy and check the confirmation box.

3. Click submit to complete your request.

4. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with your family profile that will contain a wish list, specific information about the families, and any special needs.
